State Property Fund of Ukraine (SPFU) cared out a competitive selection of candidates for independent members of the supervisory board of PJSC “Mykolaivoblenergo”

The State Property Fund of Ukraine (SPFU)cared out a competitive selection of candidatesfor independent members of the supervisory board of PJSC “Mykolaivoblenergo”.

Nominees with submitted documents will be turned over to the Committee on appointment of directors for enterprises of vital concern in economy.

Recall the State Property Fund of Ukraine has already cared out a competition of candidates for independent members of the supervisory board of PJSC “Zaporizhzhiaoblenergo”, which was the first example of a competitive selection of supervisory boards members of joint stock companies.
