Khmelnytskyi regional office announced a competition of appraisers

A competitionfor selection of appraisers, whowill be involved in independent assessment of state property objects, is conducted:

1) premisesof 109.5 sq.m. on the 1st floor of the administrative building: 75Soborna street, Khmelnytskyicity;

2) part of ahall of4.0 sq.m. on the 1st floor of the administrative building: 13/2Ternopilskastreet, Khmelnytskyicity;

3) premises of the joiner's shop of76.6 sq. m: Nezalezhnosti avenue, 2, Netishyntown;

4)part of the lobby of1.0 sq.m. on the 1st floor of the educational building: 11/1 Instytutska street, Khmelnytskyicity.

The assessment is carried out to determine the market value for the purpose of concluding lease agreements (objects No.1-2, No. 4), extension of the lease agreement (object number 3).
