Khmelnytskyi Regional Office offers to evaluate garages and hydrotechnical constructions

Competition for selection of appraisers, which will be involved in conducting an independent assessment of state property objects, is conducted:

1) garage of 17.6 sq. m (with the land plot): Starokonstiantyniv town, lane Podilskyi, 4/1;

2) garage with a storage room, 25.8 sq. m (with the land plot): Starokonstiantyniv town, lane Podilskyi, 4/2;

3) hydrotechnical constructions of the Mykhyrentsi Stave, namely contour and resolution dams, water outlets, a bypass channel, hill dam: Teofipol district, Myhyrynetsi Village Council, outside the village Mykhyrentsi, in the flood plain of the Sluch river.

An assessment is made to determine the market value for the purpose of privatization through sale at an auction (Objects No.1-2); conclusion of a lease agreement (object number 3).
