Khmelnytsky Regional Office offers to valuate the non-residential facilities
Khmelnytsky Regional Office hold competitive tender for the selection of appraisers to make independent assessment of state-owned facilities:
1) a premise with an area of 2,4 m2 in thebuilding of veterinary hospital at the address: 2 Lviv highway, Sharovechka village, Kmelnytsky region;
2) a premise with an area of 28,3 m2 in thedormitory at the address: 53 Shevchenko Str., Khmelnytsky city;
3) a part of administration building’s corridor with an area of 3,0 m2 at the address: 13/3 Ternopilska Str., Khmelnytsky city.
The purpose of evaluation of objects is definition of market value in order to extend lease agreements.
