Khmelnytsky regional office offers to estimate non-residential premises

The Khmelnytsky regional office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine offers to estimate following state property:

1)  passageway building of 50.2 sq m at the address: 2a Grushevskogo Ave., , Kamianets-Podilsky

2)  a part of the corridor of 2.0 sq m on the first floor of the building at the address: 11/1 Zachidno-Okruzhna Str., Kmelnytsky town

3)  a room on the 1st floor of an administrative building of 53.7 sq m, garages of 49.3 sq m and 30.3 sq m at the address: street. 63 Nebesnoi Sotni Str., Ternopil town

4)  A group of inventory premises which consist of: passageways of 42.0 sq m and 49.0 sq m, buildings of pumping stations of 120.8 sq m and 131.5 sq m, building of distribution equipment of 161.9 sq m at the address: 36 A Sadova Str., Goraiivka village, Kamianets-Podilskyi district.

The purpose of an independent assessment of objects is the definition of market value with the aim of concluding lease agreements (objects number 1-3), the extension of lease contract (object number 4).
