Khmelnytskyi Regional Office fulfills the plan of revenues from leasing by 76%

From the lease of state property to the state budget from the beginning of 2018, 7,619 million UAH came, which is 76.20% of the execution of the annual plan for leasing state property. The number of existing contracts concluded as of June 1, 2018 is 597. From the beginning of 2018, the Regional Office concluded 47 lease contracts.

The Regional Office is studying the demand for potential lease objects:

- a room 21.23 sq. m, str. Svobody, 36, Khmelnytskyi city, on the 4th floor of the laboratory building (for the placement of photocopying equipment);

- a room of 83.2 sq. m, str. Kamianetska, 39, Khmelnytskyi city, in the warehouse, (for placing bakery);

- a room on the 1st floor of a hostel: avenue Hrushevskogo, 68a, Kamianets-Podilskyi town (for placing a buffet that does not sell the goods of the excisable group on an area of ​​27.0 sq. m, the placement of a commercial object for the sale of printing products and stationery on the area of ​​22.0 sq. m and the placement of photocopying equipment on an area of ​​6.1 sq. m);

- parts of the lobby on the 1st floor of the administrative-housing corps: avenue Nezalezhnosti, 2, Netishyn town (for the placement of a commercial object for the sale of food products, except for the goods of the excisable group).

Applications for the lease of the specified object are accepted until June 18, 2018.
