Khmelnytskyi Regional Office invites evaluation experts

Competitions are held for the selection of appraisers who will be involved in the provision of property valuation services:

1) a premis of 21.23 sq. m on the 4th floor of the laboratory building: 36 str. Svobody, Khmelnytskyi city;

2) a premise of 83.2 sq. m in the food warehouse: 39 str. Kam’ianetska, Khmelnytskyi city;

3) a part of the premise of 2.0 sq. m and a part of the front wall of 1.0 sq. m of checkpoint: 2 str. Haharina, Iziaslav town;

4) a premise of 17.4 sq. m on the 4th floor of the administrative building: 37 str. Svobody, Khmelnytskyi city;

5) a premise of 55.1 sq. m. on the 1st floor of the dormitory: 68a avenue Hrushevskogo, Kam’ianets-Podilskyi.

An assessment is made to determine the market value for the purpose of concluding lease agreements (Objects No.1-3, No. 5); extension of the lease agreement (object No. 4).
