The premise is located on the second floor of a three-store non-residential building, on the outskirts of the city. It consists of two rooms. Not used for more than ten years. Engineering communications are available. The condition of the object is satisfactory. It is built in 1990.

The initial price is 148.6 thousand UAH.

Deadline for accepting applications is October 23, 2017 till 17.30.

Auction in electronic form will be held on October 27, 2017 by the Ukrainian Universal Exchange.
