The Lviv Regional Office of SPFU conducted a successful competition for a lease

The “International airport “Lviv” gets the most income from a lease. 12 meters – UAH 100.5 thousands per a month. Winner is the LLC “Leo-Invest-Servis”, wrote the Chairman of the State Property Fund of Ukraine Vitalii Trubarov on his Facebook page. During auction the lease cost of thepremise of“International airport “Lviv” was increased tenfold.

Vitalii Trubarov reminded that “a few months ago in airport “Boryspil”was leased out 315 sq. m for 1.48 million.Thereby the lease one costed almost UAH 4,700 per a meter”.

“However the Lviv Regional Office did not stop at the result and leased out a 1 meter for UAH 10 thousand per a month”, said the Chairman of Fund.
