Lviv Regional Office begins actions on returning objects of unfinished construction to state ownership

Lviv Economic Court of Appeal sustained the SPFU’s Regional Office in Lviv region claim in a case regarding the termination of the sale contract (SPA) of the unfinished construction object - the main industrial building dated 07.02.2006, located at the address: 3 Torhova Str., Rudnia village, Sambir district, Lviv region, in connection with non-fulfillment of the Agreement terms and ordered the Buyer to return the object to state ownership.

The Buyer didn’t fulfill the Agreement direct condition providing completion of the construction for a mall.

Beside this, in connection with the detection of losses incurred by the state from the inaction of the Buyer of the unfinished construction object, the Regional office calculated the losses caused by the Buyer for the amount of UAH 2.389 million.
