Regional Office (RO) in Lviv region explore the demand for the property of civil unions of the former USSR

For the purposes of evaluating of following effective execution of property of country-wide public associations (organizations) of the former USSR which had been returned to the state ownership, the RO of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Lviv region asks to inform until 02.04.2018 at the address: 3 Sichovich Streltsiv str., Lviv city, 79000 or on e-mail: lviv@spfu.gov.ua about the possibility to take part in competition (auction), concerning to leasing or privatizing of the following objects::

- a premise of a sleeping building, with an area of 1,200.7 sq. m of the sanatorium “Nemyriv” at the address: 38, Kurortna str., Nemyriv city, Yavorivsky district;

- a real estate property objects of the sanatorium “Rozdol”, 33, Hrushevskogo str., Rozdil small town, Mikolayvsky district: brick main building (3,149.5 sq. m), brick medical building (760.8 sq. m), club from brick, skeleton and reinforced concrete (1,306.2 sq. m), brick grocery storehouse (79.6 sq . m), brick workshop (89.5 sq. m), brick boiler house (1,878.8 sq. m), brick garage (104.4 sq. m), brick garage (70 sq. m), brick household building (267.5 sq. m), brick washhouse (204.3 sq. m), etc.

- A washhouse building with an area of 248.7 sq. m of the sanatorium “Nemyriv” at the address: 39 Kurortna, str.,  Nemyriv small town, Yavorivsky district.
