Lviv RO carries out control of lease agreements

Lviv Regional Office as of 01.12.2017 carries out control over the use of state real estate leased by 334 lease agreements (including 3 SPC: structural subdivision of the branch of sanatorium “Smerichka” of the SPC “State Complex Commercial Enterprise “Khreschatyk”, Lviv State Distillery Plant and SE "Lviv Hippodrome").

The terms of leases of real estate property are generally fulfilled, individual violations of tenants' terms of lease agreements concern untimely payment of rent to the state budget, payment of a deposit, state property insurance, etc. Violations and disadvantages are eliminated based on the results of the control measures taken.

As of December 1, 2017, 953 state property lease contracts are under control of RO.
