Mykolaiv Regional Office received almost 40 million UAH from the lease of state property

In 2018, Regional Office in the Mykolayiv region provided income from lease to the state budget in the amount of 39.2 million UAH, which is 110.4% of the annual task and 3.1777 million UAH more than in 2017.

As of December 31, 2018, the 526 lease contracts of state property for a total area of ​​471.6 thousand sq. m. are registered with the RO, of which 455 lease contracts of state property RO acts as a lessor.

From the beginning of 2018, RO concluded 55 lease agreements with a total area of ​​27.3 thousand sq. m.
