In Bukovyna, the lease of state property contributes to the development of the territory

As at 31.12.2017, 198 land lease agreements were registered at Chernivtsi Regional Office of the SPFU, incl. 185 agreements, the lessor of which serves the regional office.

Almost 3.5 million UAH of rent was transferred the state budget from the lease of state property in 2017.

In addition, when renting state property objects, the regional office promotes the development of small and medium-sized businesses, which positively affects the socio-economic climate in the region and the development of the territory. Institutions and establishments are opened in leased facilities, where new jobs are created.

Today, for example, under the control of the regional office there are more than 20 lease agreements for the purpose of placement of canteens / buffets that do not sell goods of excisable groups at educational institutions. Thus, they create jobs and provide quality and cheap nutrition to students.
