RO in the Lviv, Zakarpattia and Volyn Oblasts controls 89 purchase and sale agreements

As of July 1, 2019, under the control of the Regional Office in the Lviv, Zakarpattia and Volyn Oblasts there are 89 purchase and sale agreements of privatization objects, of which the fulfillment of conditions was checked for 37 contracts.

The checks revealed that the obligations assumed by buyers in most cases are executed properly. The violation was found out in 2 purchase and sale agreements. They started claiming compensation for the use of sanctions provided by the law to buyers - the return of privatization objects to state ownership and the collection of losses inflicted on the state.

According to 9 agreements, the conditions are fulfilled in full and these contracts are removed from the control.

The Regional Office is constantly monitoring the state of preservation of existing jobs in the privatized enterprises and the creation of new ones. Under the control of the Regional Office, there are 7 purchase and sale agreements containing a condition for the preservation of jobs.
