E-auctions will be taking place шт Poltava region

The Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Poltava region has announced a sellingdue to the electronic trading system (ETS): 

1)    At the auction with theconditions:

-         a group of inventory objects consisting of non-residential buildings:a bath-house with a shed and a boiler-house with a shed at 24, Lisova str., Luchky village, Kobeliatskyi district; the starting price is 57.18 thou hryvnias;

-         non-residential buildings of 186.5 sq. m. at 7/1a, Shevchenka str., Tarasenkove village, Orzhytskyi district, the starting price is 36.40 thou hryvnias;

-         non-residential buildings (veteran’s building) of 335.8 sq. m. at 33, Molodizhna str., Pustovoitove village, Hlobynskyi district; starting price is 40.50 thou hryvnias;

-         non-residential buildings of a former bath-house of 150.2 sq. m. at 35, Molodizhna str., Pustovoitove village, Hlobynskyi district; starting price is 17.0 thou hryvnias;

2)    At the auction without conditions:

-         non-residential buildings of 340.9 sq. m. at 94, Volodymyrskyi avenue, Lubny town, the starting price is 3.81 thou hryvnias.
