Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Rivne region offers for rent an administrative building and garages

The Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine studies the demand for following rental objects:

-  an administrative building with an area of 386.7 sq. m. and a building of garages with an area of 63.2 sq. m., at: 1 O. Telihy str., Hoshcha small town, for placement office and warehouses. The maximum term of lease is 2.5 years.

-  garages with an area of 73.6 sq. m. at: 3 Rivnenska str., Shubkiv village, Rivne district, for storing equipment.

The maximum term of lease is 2 years 11 months.
