In Ternopil region it’s necessary to evaluate the objects of leasing and privatization

The Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Ternopil region has announced a competition for appraisers. It’s necessary to evaluate:

1)    a non-residential building –administrative building with an area of 195.9 sq. m at: 19, Hrushevskoho str., Kozova village, Kozivskyi district, for the purpose of further privatization by means of selling due to auction;

2)    a part of premises of the first floor with an area of 110.0 sq. m in the building of diagnostics and inspection of transport at: 3, Stryiska str., Pidhorodne village, Ternopil district, in order to calculate the lease payment.

All documentation will be accepted in the Regional Office until February 7, 2019 (office 604, 11 Tantsorova str., Ternopil city), phone for information: + 38 (0352) 25-04-87.
