A garage and an administrative building has been successfully sold in Ternopil

On 5 Sept 2018 after the results of the first e-auctions for sale of small privatizations objects, which is situated at Ternopil oblast, using PROZORRO.SALE system there were two objects of small privatization has been sold:

-         a non-residential premise of an administrative building with a total area of 145.4 sq. m.  at 39, Hrushevskohostr.,Mykulyntsi town, Terebovliadistrict

The selling price of privatization objects has increased by nearly 1.5 times: from UAH 271,984 (excluding VAT) to UAH 402,501 (excluding VAT).
