Revenues from lease of state property are increasing
“Revenues from lease of state property are increasing. We provided revenues in the amount of 756,7 million UAH for three quarters of this year, particularly 246,02 million UAH in 1Q 2017, 245,3 million UAH in 2Q 2017 and 265,37 million UAH in 3Q 2017. In 3Q 2017 revenues are more on 8% than in 1Q and 2Q 2017”. This was stated by the Head of the State Property Fund Vitaliy Trubarov on his Facebook page.
“It is important for the Fund to have the state benefit from its property. Now we are analyzing objects which could be lease out to make new proposals for the market. Also we are controlling ongoing contracts and take all measures to ensure that a rent payment comes at fixed time”, he said.
According to him, the Fund should not concede to the private sector of the lease and does everything to interest tenants. “With this purpose the draft law on lease was prepared and according to which the lease will be performed exclusively through electronic auctions, the need to obtain additional permits in different government bodies is canceled, and the process of preparation of documents will be reduced to 45 days from the current 145”, noted Vitaliy Trubarov.
In accordance with the new law, the property will be leased exclusively at electronic auctions. “Or through electronic system ProZorrо, or through any other one, but in the format without the Competition Commissions”, said Head of the SPFU.
