Oleksiy Honcharuk introduced the new Chairman of the State Property Fund of Ukraine
The Prime Minister of Ukraine Oleksiy Honcharuk introduced the new Chairman of the State Property Fund - Dmytro Sennychenko. Yesterday the Verkhovna Rada appointed him by votes of 238 deputies.The Government portal reported about this.
“Ukraine's readiness to finally start large-scale privatization of state-owned objects is one of the most important trust markers for investors.Exactly the State Property Fund is responsible for its implementation. So now we need an effective chairman of this body, who will be able to provide with a clear and transparent work of the Fund. Mr. Sennychenko is a player for results and efficiency. I look forward to next week's report on the first effective results” - said Oleksiy Honcharuk.
Dmytro Sennychenko has great experience in cooperation with foreign investors and rehabilitation of problem state companies. He has been a head of major international companies specializing in real estate and infrastructure investment for more than 10 years - was CEO of development companyParkridge Holdings (2006-2010)and director of Jones Lang LaSalle (2013-2016). At one time both companies under his leadership led the top rankings.
Since 2016 he has been engaged in the corporatization and reform of the State Enterprise “Ukrposhta”. For three years as a director of real estate management and infrastructure in “Ukrposhta” Dmytro increased income 6 times from leasing.
