Successful illustration of privatization: long-term construction near Lviv will become a modern residential complex

One of the main tasks of privatization of unfinished construction is to reduce the number of long-delayed construction by selling them to the owner who is able to complete the buildings.

Under control of the Regional Office in Lviv Oblast is a sale contract of the unfinished construction concluded with PrJSC “Holding company “ECO-DIM” – a building of 9-storey dormitory in Lysynychi village near Lviv city.

On this facility continues the construction of the residential complex “Suburbs is a territory of comfortable living”. The complex was designed taking into account all the requirements of the modern rhythm of life – the children’s sports and play grounds, parking for 600 cars, a mini-supermarket, a pharmacy, a bank branch, etc. The project is aimed at improving the social infrastructure of the settlement.

Estimated project cost is over 116 millionUAH . The construction has already invested 27.155 million UAH.
