The Regional Office (RO) of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Poltava region has privatized (due to an auction) the following premises:

1. A non-residential premise in a residential house with the total area of 184.7 sq. m. (purchasing price - 531.08 sq. m.) on 36, Marshall Biyruzov str., Poltava city.

2. A non-residential premise of a cafeteria with the total area of 202.9 sq. m. on 11, Gonchara str., Zinkiv small town.
