Dnipropetrovsk RO won the court

Dnipropetrovsk RO was filed a lawsuit in the Economic Court of Dnipropetrovsk region on collection of debt from the lease payment from the individual entrepreneur Isakov O.A.

The decision of the Economic Court of Dnipropetrovsk region dated 04.12.2017 in the case No. 904/8475/17 was approved for the satisfaction of the claim of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine and the individual entrepreneur Isakov O. A. on collection of arrears of rent and penalties.

The arrears of rent is taken from IE Isakov O.A. in the amount of 26212,90 UAH and a penalty of - 1079,58 UAH.
