Khmelnytskyi regional office invites appraisers

Regional officeproposes to assess thestate property.

The competitionis conducted on selection of subjects of valuation activity, which will be involved in carrying out an independent assessment of state property objects:

1. premises (separate design of plastic) with a total area of 11.32 sq.m on the first floor of the hall of the building of the teaching and training center for training of DIAstaff at: 9Zarichanska street, Khmelnytskyicity;

2. premises with a total area of 28.7 sq.m on the first floor of the administrative building at: 36 Geroiv Maidanustreet, Khmelnytskyicity;

3. Premises of flour shop with an area of 17.2 sq.m in the building of the dining room at the address: 2Suvorovastreet, Kamyanets-Podilskyi city;

4) premises on the ground floor of the main educational building with an area of 30.9 sq.m at the address: 2Suvorovastreet, Kamyanets-Podilskyi city;

5) premises with a total area of 36.5 sq.m on the fourth floor of the laboratory building at the address: 36Svobody street, Khmelnytskyicity.

Date of assessment of the objects - 30.11.2017.

The purpose of the assessment is to determine the market value for the purpose of concluding lease agreements.
