Regional office in Kirovohrad region offers the work for appraisers

The Regional office in Kirovohrad region announced the contest of appraisers which will be involved to carrying out the assessment:

1)  Lease objects:

- a premise of fast-building construction of 479.6 sq. m. in Ingulo-Kamianka of Novohorodka district, 27, Shevchenka str.;

- a premise of 115.65 sq. m. on the ground floor of administrative building in Dolynska town, 17, Sobornosti Ukrainy str.;

- a part of hall of 2.00 sq. m. on the ground floor of educational building in Kropivnytskyi city, 1, Shevchenka str.;

- a premise of 34.00 sq. m. on the ground floor of administrative building in Kropivnytskyi city, 8, Universytetskyi ave.

2)  a privatization object for a sale at an auction – complex of buildings, constructions and equipments consisting of command check-point (182.7 sq. m.); storage warehouse (839.1 sq. m.); storages (878.7 sq. m. and 873.2 sq. m.); transformer substation; shed; rest room; cellar; storage; garage; auxiliary rooms; annexes; boiler house; overpass; basements; porches (7 plots); gate and fence in Hruzke village of Kirovohrad region, 2, Malovyskivske highway str.
