The Regional office in Kyiv city returned the premise from illegal possession

According to the task of the State Property Fund of Ukraine, the SPFU’s Regional office in Kyiv city should provide conducting enforcement actions to restitution of non-residential premises from illegal possession for the benefit of the State in the person of the Fund.

Premises location: 28, Panasa Myrnoho St., Kyiv City. The property was owned by Antur Trade LLC.

In accordance with the act of transfer and acceptance, the Regional Office accepted the non-residential premises for further transfer to manage by the State Bureau of Investigation.
