Concerning the decision to reorganize the Regional Offices

In order to implement the priority reforms for 2019, the State Property Fund of Ukraine decided to establish a Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in the Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia and Kirovograd regions, located in the Dnipro City, by merging the Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in the Dnipropetrovsk region, Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in the Zaporizhzhia region, Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in the Kirovograd region, and the division Regional Office of the State Property Fund in the Poltava and Sumy regions, located in Poltava, by merging the Regional Office of the State Property Fund in the Poltava region, the Regional Office of the State Property Fund in Sumy region.

       These Regional Offices of the State Property Fund of Ukraine, which are being reorganized, continue to exercise the powers and functions entrusted to these bodies until the issuance of the Order of the State Property Fund of Ukraine on the possibility of providing the newly formed regional branches with the exercise of powers and performance of functions.
