The court of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast ordered to collect the rent arrears

The Commercial Court of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast satisfied the claims of the Regional Offfice of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia and Kirovograd oblasts.

The decision of the Economic Court of Dnipropetrovsk oblast partially satisfied the claims of the Regional Office to the Subsidiary enterprise "Sport-Master" of PJSC "Central Mining and Processing Plant".

Defendant - tenant of the integral property complex "Sport Complex" located at: Cherkasova st.,Kryvyi Rih town, violated the terms of the lease, resulting in arrears.

The court ordered to recover from the defendant arrears of rent in the amount of UAH742.504 thousand, a fine of UAH162.248 thousand and losses from inflation in the amount of UAH56.822 thousand.
