Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Sumy region has announced a number of auctions

The Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Sumy region has announced regular auctions.

For February 15, 2019 a repeated auction (without additional conditions) has been announced with a decrease in the starting selling price of an administrative building with an area of 95.7 sq. m. at: 1, Blagovishchenska str., Putyvl town. The starting price is UAH 90.15 thousand. The code of the object of privatization is UA-AR-P-2018-09-10-000002-3.

            Due to the fact that the announced for January 21, 2019 auctions did not take place, the repeated auctions (without additional conditions) has been announced for February 18, 2019 by the method of step-by-step decreasing of the starting price and with the subsequent submission of price proposals:

1. A separate property – non-residential building with an area of ​​317.7 sq. m. at: 37A, Hostynnodvirska str., Romny town. The starting price is UAH 317.25 thousand (without VAT). The code of the object of privatization is UA-AR-P-2018-09-10-000004-3.  

2. The object of incomplete construction – 105-apartment dwelling house with the built-in post office at: 6-Г, Svemovska str., Shostka town. The starting price is UAH 423.001 thousand (without VAT). The code of the object of privatization is UA-AR-P-2018-07-26-000028-3.

For 21.02.2019 auctions with the terms of sale:

1. The object of incomplete construction – a deep warehouse of inventory and equipment at: 10Д, Sumska str., Konotop town. The starting price is UAH 5.1 thousand.

2. The object of incomplete construction – residential building at: 22, Molodizhna str., Lebedyn town, the starting price is UAH 149.36 thousand.

3. The object of incomplete construction – residential building at: 59, Shkilna str., Andriiashivka village, Romenskyi district. The starting price is UAH 11.02 thousand.

4. The object of incomplete construction – residential building at: 60, Shkilna str., Andriiashivka village, Romenskyi district. The starting price is UAH 11.02 thousand.

5. The object of incomplete construction – residential building at: 61, Shkilna str., Andriiashivka village, Romenskyi district. The starting price is UAH 11.02 thousand.
