The Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Sumy Region privatized three objects

The Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Sumy Region has been privatized by electronic auctions:

1.non-residential building with an area of ​​374.8 sq. m in the town of Okhtyrka, the sale price has doubled and amounted to UAH 462,61 thousand;

2. a non-finished residential building in the town of Buryn, by results of auction with conditions,

the selling price was UAH 932.40 (starting cost of the object is 0.0005 thousand UAH);

3. non-residential building in the town of Seredyno-Buda, the sale price has increased almost 1,5 times and amounted to UAH133,33 thousand.
