Sumy Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine announced a competition for appraisers
The Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Sumy region announced a competition for selection of appraisers.
It is necessary to evaluate:
1. Built-in non-residential premises with an area of 121.2 sq. m. at the 2nd floor of an educational building at: 1, 6th Veresnia str., Konotop town.
2. Non-residential premises with an area of 31.1 sq. m. in a structural addition of an administrative building at: 2, Kuznechna str., Sumy city.
3. Built-in non-residential premises with an area of 56.44 sq. m. in a basement floor of an educational building at: 1, Marshall Rybalka str., Malyi Vystorop village, Lebedynskyi district.
4. Non-residential premises with an area of 85.4 sq. m. on the 1st floor of an educational building at: 56A, Horkogo str., Romny town.
5. Non-residential premises with an area of 51.7 sq. m. on the 1st floor of an administrative building-monument of architecture and town-planning of local significance “Bank named by M.A. Tereshenka”at: 10, Shevchenka str., Hlukhiv town.
6. A group of inventory objects, namely: a part of a concrete covering with an area of 3.0 sq. m.; a part of roof of 1.0 sq. m.; a part of a garret (technical floor) of 18.0 sq. m. at: 17, Shevchenka str., Sumy city.
A competition will take place on Dec 27, 2018 at 9 a.m. at the Regional Office (office 2, 5th floor, 30/1, Kharkivska str., Sumy city).
Competition documentation will be accepted until Dec 20, 2018 (incl.).
