The Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Sumy region sold (by means of auctions) non-residential buildings and an unfinished dwelling house, namely:

–   a non-residential building in Seredyno-Buda town sold for UAH 111.111 thousand

–   a non-residential building with a total area of 317.7 sq. m. (second floor) in Romny town. The selling price is UAH 38.07 thousand.

an unfinished 105-apartment dwelling house with a built-in post office in Shostka town. The selling price is UAH 426.00 thousand.
