Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Sumy region has conducted an examination of the status of safekeeping of the state property objects

The Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Sumy region has conducted examinations of the status of saving and using of 47 state property objects, which are (during the privatization) have not been included into the authorized capitals of JCS “Shalygynskyi sugar refinery” (27 objects), JCS “Mezenivskyi buriakoradhosp” (Collective Agricultural Enterprise (CAE) “Mezenivske”) (16 objects), CAE “Hlukhivskyi” (3 objects) and Company with Additional Liability (CAL) (PJSC) “Hlukhivskyi bread-baking combine” (1 object). As of 10.08.2018 there is only SLC (JSC) “Hlukhivskyi bread-baking combine” is operated, other companies mentioned above have been liquidated as legal entities.

During the examination there were determined that 31 objects have an unsatisfied and destroyed status, and 18 objects have a satisfactory status.

Most of examined state property objects are housing stock objects (38 units) and unfinished construction objects (8 units).

Mikolayvskyi village united territorial community and Bilopilskyi district state administration have been proposed to work with inhabitants of privatized flats to creating of unions of co-owners of tenement-houses.

One object – a residential building has unsatisfactory status and should be to write-off.

Earlier to Mezenivska village council and Hlukhivska town council have been proposed to provide the work for inspection of this residential building and take a decision about the using the object as intended or to write-off. But this work by councils mentioned above unfortunately had not been done.
