Regional Office (RO) of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Ternopil region has collected lease indebtedness debt

By the Law of Ukraine “On Amendinto the Commercial Procedure Codeof Ukraine, the Civil Procedure Code of Ukraine, and the Code of Administrative Procedure of Ukraine, and other legislative acts” there were the substantial amendmentshas been made in these procedural codes. An institute of writ proceeding is one of the novels of new Commercial Procedural Code of Ukraine.

03.03.2018 the Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Ternopol oblast has first gone to the Commercial Court in Ternopol region with an application on the issuance of a court order on the collection of YURVIDE LLC arrears under the Lease Agreement.

Upon the results of an examination of the Regional Office’s application, the Commercial Court in Ternopil region has issued a writof the collection of indebtedness of the JURVIDE LLC under the Lease Agreement into the State Budget of Ukraine in the amount of 1,070.02 hryvnia.
