In Cherkasy city, it is necessary to evaluate non-residential premises

The Regional Office of the SPFU in Cherkasy Oblast has announced competitions for the selection of subjects of evaluation activity that will be involved in an independent evaluation.

To determine the market value for the calculation of lease payment in order to conclude a lease agreement, it is necessary to evaluate the premises of the first floor of a four-story administrative building of 22.2 sq. m, at: 205 Shevchenka blvd., Cherkasy city.

To determine the market value for the calculation of lease payment in order to extend the lease agreement, it is necessary to evaluate:

- part of premises on the 4th floor of a five-storey administrative building of 158.66 sq. m, at: 50 Khimikiv avenue, Cherkasy city;

- part of the tambour room of the educational building of 5.0 sq. m, at: 24 Dashkovycha str., Cherkasy city.

The deadline for filing applications is August 1, 2019 to 16.00.
