Cherkasy Regional Office offers to evaluate 4 objects for lease

The Cherkasy regional office announced the competitive selection of appraisers which will involved to holding an independent valuation of lease property:

1.     a garage of 104.40 sq. m in Uman town, 6 Energetychna Str.

2.     a part of the premise on the ground floor of 1.0 sq. m in Kaniv town, 6 Shevchenka Str.

3.     parts of premises on the ground floor of administrative building with an area of 29,50 sq. m in Cherkasy city, 8 Odeska Str.

4.     a part of the premise (old airport building) of 1.0 sq. m in Cherkasy city, 168 Smilianska Str.

Applications are accepted by 16.00, January 2, 2018.

A competition will be held on January 9, 2018 at 11 a.m. in premises of the Cherkasy regional office at the following address: 205 Shevchenko Boulevard, Cherkasy city, tel. +38 (472) 37 29 71.
