Work for evaluation experts is offered in Cherkasy oblast

The Administration on the exercise of authority in Cherkasy oblast of the SPFU’s Regional office in Kyiv, Cherkasy and Chernihiv oblasts is conduct contests for selection of appraisers which will be involved to carry out independent assessment.

For calculating rent to concluding a lease agreement it’s necessary to evaluate:

- a premise of 4.21 and 30.43 sq. m. on the fourth floor of an administrative building at the address: 205, Shevchenka Boulevard, Cherkasy city.

For calculating rent to extension lease agreement:

- a part of garage’s premise of 54.3 sq. m. at the address: 92/2, Smilianska str., Cherkasy town;

- a parts of premises of 1.5 sq. m. on the first floor of dormitory at the address: 2, 4 and 12, Khomenka str., 245/1, Viacheslava Chornovola str., Cherkasy city;

-  parts of premiseof 39.85 and 41.6 sq. m. on the 1st floor of administrative building at the address: 6, Zhytomyrska str., Smila town;

-  premise of 61.42 sq. m. on the 1st floor at the address: 4, H. Kudri Lane, Kamianka town;

-  weigh-house of 10.9 sq. m. with a canopy at the address: 7б, Komarova str., Uman town4

- a part of shop building with annexes of 422.4 sq. m. at the address: 9б, Komarova str., Uman town.

Deadline to submit applications are November 28, 2019, at 16.00.

The contest will be hold at 11.00, December 4, 2019.
