In the Chernihiv region received almost 7 million UAH from lease

As of August 31, 2019, 624 lease agreements of state property were recorded in the Register of Lease Agreements of State Property located in the territory of Chernihiv oblast, of which:

- 568 lease agreements of state property (91.03% of the total amount) were concluded by the Regional Office, including: 1 agreement of integral property complex;

- 56 agreements were concluded by state-owned enterprises, organizations and institutions, as well as military units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

During January - August 2019, the Regional Offices concluded 54 lease agreements of state property, of which: 22 agreements - based on the study of demand for leased property, 29 contracts - with budgetary institutions and organizations financed by the state and local budgets and 3 contracts - according to the results of the competition.

In addition, during eight months of 2019, term of validity of 105 real estate lease agreements were extended.

According to the Fund's Order, the Regional Office has been provided with a planned task of ensuring the lease payment to the State Budget for 2019 in the amount of 9 million UAH.

For the eight months of 2019 from the lease of state property to the State Budget received 6.719 million UAH, which is 74.66% of the annual planned task. At the same time, under agreements concluded directly with the Regional Office, the amount of proceeds from lease amounted to 6.695 million UAH (99.64% of the total amount of receipts).

The representatives of the Regional Office carry out constant documentary and periodic complex control over the use of the leased property and the fulfillment of the terms of the lease agreements.
