In Chernihiv city, at the site of unfinished illiquid asset, investors built a modern residential complex

In 2018, at the site of the destroyed state unfinished building, the private investors built a modern residential complex that meets the criteria of comfort class.

The object of unfinished building - 12 apartment residential-house in Chernihiv city, which was not included in the charter capital of OJSC “Chernihivtsukorservice”, with a land plot (0,2032 ha) was put up for privatization auction on June 10, 2016.

The object actually consisted of a part of the foundation, its total building readiness was about 5 percent. Due to the influence of atmospheric precipitation, the building was damaged, it had numerous chips and cracks. The foundation was filled with water, the territory was covered with trees and shrubs.

Preparation of the object for sale lasted for a long time, and most of the problems arose in the process of assigning a land plot below it.

As a result of the auction, the unfinished building of 12 apartment residential-house was privatized for 372.52 thousand UAH, and now in its place - a modern residential complex.
