Premises and buildings are offered for lease in Chernivtsi city

The SPFU’s Regional Office studies of demand for lease facilities:

  1. Buildings of canteen of 166.7 sq m in Storozhynets town. Lease purpose is the placement of business entity operating on the basis of private property and provides services for the transportation and delivery of postal items.
  2. Premises of building of 656.60 sq m and annex of 107.4 sq m at the address: 198 Ruska Str., Chernivtsi city, for the placement of municipal out-of-school educational institution of a sports profile.
  3. Part of premise of 10 sq m at the address: 248M Ruska Str., Chernivtsi city. For the placement of a Bank office (7 sq m) and a self-service terminal (3 sq m).

Applications for lease facilities are accepted until February 14, 2018 at the address: 21A Kobylytsi Str., Chernivtsi city.

In case of submission of two or more applications for one object, the landlord will announce a tender for the right to lease it.
