In the Dnipro, 5 residential buildings have been transferred to communal property

The Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia and Kirovograd regions transferred residential properties to the communal property of the Dnipro territorial community, located at the following addresses: 48 Vishneva str., 29, 35, 19, 21 Slavgorodska str.

These objects of the housing stock during privatization were not included in the authorized capital of the Public Enterprise "Dnipropetrovsk Mining Equipment Plant".

Due to the work of the specialists of the Regional Office, the inhabitants of the houses will be able to actively participate in the programs of the local self-governance bodies for the development of communal property and to use and dispose of the property more efficiently, economically and expediently.
