Competitions on selection of appraisers will be held in Dnipropetrovsk oblast

TheRegional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia and Kirovohrad oblasts announced a competition for the selection of appraisers, which will be involved in conducting an independent assessment of lease and privatization objects located in  Dnipropetrovsk oblast:

For privatization by repurchase- the Recreation Center "Sosnovyi Bor" at: 8 Lisnyi lane, Orlovshchyna village, Novomoskovsk oblast.

To calculate the amount of lease:

1. a part ofthe roof of the administrative building of 15.0 sq. m at the address: 19 M. Holovka st., Novomoskovsk city;

2. premises of 101.75 sq. m at: 3 Ushinskoho lane, Dnipro city;

3. a part of the premises of 3.0 sq. m at: 92 Naberezhna Peremohy st., Dnipro city;

4. premises of 101.35 sq. m at: No.2 dormitory, Lazariana st.,  Dnipro city;

5. premises of 125.6 sq. m at: 38 Ivana Mazepy lane, Dnipro city;

6. а room of 32.96 sq. m at: 27k, P. Kalnyshevskoho ave., Dnipro city;

7. premises of 924.5 sq. m at: 14 б,Khmelnytskoho ave., Dnipro city;

8. premises of 44.0 sq. m at: 25 Myru st., Kamianske town;

9. premises of 38.0 sq. m at: 1Tupoleva st., Kryvyi Rih;

10. premises of 672.3 sq. m at: 20 Zonova st., Pokrov town;

11. the outer surface of the wall 8.0 sq. m, a part of the roof 8.5 sq. m at: 12 Jynchardze lane, Dnipro city;

12. premises of 46.0 sq. m at: 12 в, Stashkova st., Pavlohrad town;

13. premises of 10.0 sq. m and a part of the roof 4.0 sq. m at: 27 k, Petra Kalnyshevskoho ave., Dnipro city.
