Regional Office in Dnipropetrovska, Zaporizhzhia and Kirovohradska Oblasts Announced Contests for Appraisers

The Regional office in Dnipropetrovska, Zaporizhzhia and Kirovohrad Oblasts announced a contest for selection of appraisers which will be involved to carry out independent evaluation of lease objects and privatization:

1.     In order to determine the market value of the property being valued for privatization by repurchasing – the state stake of PrJSC “Ista-Centr” (21.5524%) of authorized capital of the company.

2.     In order to privatize by selling at an auction – a garage with two boxes (95.0 sq. m.) with inspection pits in Polohy town, 24, Yednosti str.

3.     In order to determine the market value of the lease objects are placed:

In Dnipropetrovska oblast:

1)    Premises of 24.8; 17.57 and 16.15 sq. m. in Shyroke small town, 115, Soborna str.;

2)    Premise of 600.8 sq. m. at: 18, Zelinskoho str., Novomoskovsk town;

3)    Premise of 327.98 sq. m. in Pavlohrad town, 63, Hanny Svitlychnoi str.;

4)    Premise of 48.97 sq. m. in Pavlohrad town, 44/34, Zavodska str.;

5)    Premise of 23.45 sq. m. in Pavlohrad town, 44, Zavodska str.;

6)    Four premises of 3.0 sq. m. in Dnipro city, 2, Lazariana str.

In Zaporizhzhiaoblast:

1)    Premises of 322.72 sq. m. on the 1st and 2d floors of canteen building in Melitopol town, 5, Chernyshevskoho str.;

2)    Premise of 68.4 sq. m. on the ground floor of building in Melitopol town, 27, O. Nevskoho str.;

3)    A part of 47.8 sq. m. of roof of dormitory building in Shyroke village, 1, Centralna str.

4)    A part of warehouse’s plot of 273.6 sq. m. in Berdiansk town, 6, Horkoho str.

In Kirovohrad oblast:

1)    A part of hall of main entrance of 2.0 sq. m. on the ground floor of educational building in Kropivnytskyi town, 20, Korolenka str.;

2)    Premise of 757.3 sq. m. on the 1st and 2d floors and in the basement of administrative building in Kropivnytskyi town, 14, Vokzalna str.
