Regional Office in Dnipropetrovska, Zaporizhzhia and Kirovohradska Oblasts Announced Contests for Appraisers

The SPFU’s Regional office in Dnipropetrovska, Zaporizhzhia and Kirovohrad Oblasts announced a contest for selection of appraisers which will be involved to carry out independent evaluation of state property facilitiesto determine the market value of the facilities for calculating the amount of rent.

In Dnipropetrovska oblast:

1)      A part of technical area of 8.5 sq. m. and a part roof of 12.0 sq. m. in Dnipro city, 30, Semaforna St.;

2)      Premise of 218.5 sq. m. at: 18, Shmidta St., Dnipro city;

3)      Premise of 9.8 sq. m. in Dnipro city, 166, Robocha St.;

4)      A part of premise of 1.5 sq. m. in Dnipro city, 61, Haharina St.;

5)      Premise of 344.79 sq. m. at the address: 12 Kryvorizke Shosse St., Vilne village, Kryvorizkyi rayon.

In Zaporizhzhiaoblast:

1)      Parts of street walls of 3.0 sq. m. and a part of area of 11.0 sq. m. on 11th floor of building at the address: 75 Sobornyi Av., Zaporizhzhia city.;

2)      Premise of 47.93 sq. m. at the address: 4 Blakytna St., Zaporizhzhia city;

In Kirovohradska oblast:

1)      An adminiustrative and Production building of 1210.1 sq. m.  and welding shop’s building of 136.3 sq. m. in Kropivnytskyi town, 9, Adzhamska St.;

2)      Premise of 33.0 sq. m. on the 1st floor of administrative building at the address: 44бSoborna St., Holovanivsk small town;

3)      A part of premise of 2.0 sq. m. on the 1st floor of administrative building at the address: 1, Habdrakhmanova St., Kropivnytsyi town.
