In Kherson region, experts in evaluation is offered work

In Regional Office in the Kherson region, the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol city, on 10.12.2018, a competition will be held for the evaluation of buildings, structures and other non-current assets that are on the balance of PJSC “Khersongaz”.

Also, RO has announced competitions for the selection of appraisers for the independent assessment of the following objects:

1. premises of 160.0 sq. m. in the repair and mechanical workshop building at the address: Bilozerka small town, str. Khersonska, 148.

2. part of the hall of 3.0 sq. m. on the 1st floor in the building of Novokakhovsk City Court of the Kherson region at the address: Nova Kakhovka town, avenue Dniprovskyi, 1.

3. hydrotechnical structures of the fishing technological reservoir in the amount of 72 units, within the boundaries of the lands of the Oleshky City Council of Oleshky District, Kherson Oblast.

4. premises of 12.8 sq. m. on the 6th floor and a part of a roof of 10.05 sq. m. of building of the Center for processing and transportation of mail at the address: Kherson city, Prikovskzalna Square, 1;

5. premises of 387.2 sq. m. on the 1st floor in the canteen on the territory of the recreation center “Kolos” at the address: Skadovsk district, Lazurne small town, str. Kurortna, 6.

6. premises of 18.11 sq. m. on the 9th floor and a part of the roof of 15.0 sq. m. of dormitory building No. 6 at the address: Kherson city, str. Sadova, 17a.

7. parts of premises of  5.4 and 2 sq. m. on the 1st floor of the educational building at the address: Kherson city, str. Universitetska, 27.

8. premises of 142.4 sq. m. on the 1st floor of the canteen at the address: Kherson city, str. Komkova, 73b.
