Non-residential premises to evaluate in Kropyvnytsky city
The SPFU’s Regional office in Kirovohrad region announced the competition of appraisers to conduct independent evaluation following lease facilities, namely:
- premises of 22.80 sq m and 19.60 sq m at the address: 10 Dekabrystiv Str., Kropyvnytsky city. To conclude a lease agreement.
- a part of roof of administrative building of 9.13 sq m at the address: 2 Hlunky Str., Kropyvnytsky city. To continue the lease agreement.
- a premise of 197.90 sq m at the address: 14 Vokzalna Str., Kropyvnytsky city. To conclude a lease agreement.
- a premise of 55.30 sq m at the address: 25, 6th Hrudnia Str., Oleksandria town. To conclude a lease agreement.
- a premise of 63.00 sq m at the address: 25, 6th Hrudnia Str., Oleksandria town. To continue the lease agreement.
- a part of construction “ВЛ-150 kV Kvartsyt-Musiivka on plots of Tymkovo-Musiivka, Kvartsyt-Tymkovo” that is located outside of settlements of Dolynsk district on the territories of Malovodnianskoi, Pershotravnevoi Village Council and Dolyna City Council.
- a part of premise of 2.00 sq m at the address: 19 Studentsky Ave., Kropyvnytsky city. To continue the lease agreement.
- a part of premise of 2.00 sq m at the address: 35 Poltavska Str., Kropyvnytsky city. To continue the lease agreement.
- a part of premise of 2.00 sq m at the address: 37 Poltavska Str., Kropyvnytsky city. To continue the lease agreement.
