The Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Rivne Oblast researches the demand for non-residential premises of the dormitory No. 2 at: 52, Lytovska str., Rivne city, with a total area of 144.8 sq. m. The object is offered for placement of a canteen, which does not sell the goods of the excisable group. The price of the property (under the independent valuation) is UAH 1,078,654.00. Maximum term of leasing is 1 year.
