In Sumy region UAH 3.344 million has been obtained due to the leasing of state property

As of April 9, 2019, as a result of an activity of the Regional Offices of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Poltava and Sumy regions, UAH 3.344 million has been transferred into the State Budget due to the leasing of state property (which is situated at the territory of Sumy region), which was amounted of 41.8 per cent of the earlier determined annual task.

During 2019, as of April 14, 2019, 22 new lease agreements have been concluded concerning to the real estate state property, which is situated at the territory of Sumy region. Also, the total area of ​​the leased real estate under these agreements was 4883.25 sq. m., and the monthly rental payment (which is transferred into the State budget) was UAH 10.158 thousand. In addition, 61 current lease agreements have been amended.
