Successful privatization: Unfinished construction in Lviv city will become a modern residential complex
Under control of the Regional Office is a sale contract of the object of unfinished construction - engineering and laboratory building at the address: 27, Professora Buyka street, Lviv city, concluded with Private Enterprise “Law Agency”.
On this facility continues the construction of the residential complex “Vilne Misto” (“Free City”), which is located next to the Innovation District IT-Park at a distance of 4.5 km from the Ploshcha Rynok (Lviv city center).
The residential complex consists of 7 sections, five of which are nine-storey and two - sixteen-storey. «Free City» - residential complex of comfort class the construction of which uses an innovative approach to ensuring the high quality of living for its residents: multifunctional rooftop sports ground, parking lots (underground and above ground), bicycle parking and charging for electric vehicles, a square with a fountain in the yard and outdoor furniture. The complex will have own kindergarten with a touch park and a children's rock climbing area.
The individual heating, thermal insulation with mineral wool and expanded polystyrene will save energy.
In construction of this residential complex has already invested UAH 100.6 million and more than UAH 200 million is still needed to complete the unfinished construction project. The 9 contractors and 15 supplier organizations are involved. More than 250 people work to build the residential complex.
It is important to note that this property was sold by the Lviv Regional Office in 2002 without retaining its original purpose.
At the time of sale, the object consisted of just the foundation elements, engineering communications were absent, under the influence of atmospheric influence was partially destroyed.
The problem for the buyer was the conclusion of the lease of the land plot and obtaining a declaration for the beginning of construction works.
